Leadership Coaching and Training
AltraCoaching, led by Victoria Hall, combines personal leadership coaching with a uniquely designed, interactive and challenging training intervention, tailored to the needs of your business. The result is to develop emotional intelligence, enhance individual performance and create high performing teams. Victoria’s uniquely developed approach to coaching and training offers a blend of her own experience of life and its challenges as well as recent developments in neuroscience. Our sessions are designed to help people understand themselves so that they can start breaking down issues that hold them back from the place they want to be.
Structure
We offer a bespoke service tailored to every individual and organisation. We have experience working with clients in the public and private sectors, legal and finance industries, volunteers and Third Sector Leaders.
We suggest an initial allocation of six coaching sessions per individual with a monthly group training activity to suit the requirements identified.
How do you know it is working?
Coaching itself is a confidential process but we will share themes and topics identified as development needs for you.
We will measure the success of the project by:
- Obtaining feedback from individuals as to whether they have met their personal goals;
- Obtaining testimonials from individuals and their management/ peers as to the visible effect of the coaching;
- Measuring outcomes through confidential surveys;
- Producing quarterly update reports recording the above progress; and
- Engaging with you directly, feeding back, developing the plan ahead and answering specific questions or concerns about your leaders upon completion of the project.
You will know the investment is working because people will feel different. This is hard to capture in data but easier to sense in the environment. With good leadership at the top, the successful results will be apparent as they occur.

Cost
The cost will depend on how many people are involved in the programme and over what length of time you choose to run it. We want to make sure it is affordable to all and are happy to discuss your unique requirements.
Don’t forget, the other benefit to asking us to assist you is that we support your chosen Charity. Upon completion of the project, just let us know the name of the Charity and we will make a donation in your name (a minimum 10% of the project fee). It’s the AltraWay.
We operate a Fair Fees Policy, meaning the price you are quoted is the final price you pay.
