Her friendly manner provides reassurance for her clients at what can often be a difficult time. Luned is able to provide her clients with clear, practical and timely advice on how to progress estate administration.

If you are currently going through employment law proceedings it is of paramount importance that you make a will, or update your current will, in order to reflect your possible change of circumstances. It is important that your will reflects your most up-to-date details and wishes. Dying without a will could lead to family disputes and unnecessary inheritance tax and legal costs. Making will could potentially save you and your family thousands of pounds.

Luned has acted for a wide range of clients and believes in a collaborative approach. She will encourage discussions with a client’s accountant and financial advisor to ensure the best possible financial outcome for her clients and families.

Luned also specialises in the preparation of Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications in the Court of Protection  and has extensive experience of acting as a professional Attorney and Deputy for her clients.

Luned is a member of the Solicitors for the elderly (SFE), a national organisation for fully qualified and regulated  legal professionals which have specialist expertise in the issues faced by older people and their loved ones.

Alongside her legal work, Luned undertakes a variety of voluntary roles in her local community. She is a chapel deacon and former Chair of two school governing bodies and currently serves as a town councillor. She is married with three adult children.

"Thank you so much for your expertise and guidance, it truly has been amazing and reassuring."
